分析腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产术中的临床应用效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨分析腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产术中的临床应用效果。方法 随机选取该院2013年2月—2015年2月收治的剖宫产产妇60例为对象，随机分为两组，仅对对照组患者选用硬膜外麻醉方式；而对观察组实施腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉的方式，观察比较两组麻醉效果。结果 观察组(96.6%)优良率比对照组(60%)多36.6%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉平面抵达第六胸椎(T6)的时间、感觉阻滞恢复时长、运动阻滞恢复时长、最长麻醉平面时间都少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(t=8.68，P<0.05)。结论 腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产术中的临床应用效果显著，值得推广。
