瘤段切除灭活再植治疗老年四肢恶性骨肿瘤疗效探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨瘤段切除灭活再植治疗老年四肢恶性骨肿瘤的疗效。方法 整群选择该院2012年5月—2014年5月期间骨科收治的四肢恶性骨肿瘤老年患者90例，根据手术治疗方案将其分为研究组(行瘤段切除灭活再植治疗)45例及对照组(行人工假体置换治疗)45例。 结果 研究组治疗的优良率为75.55%，显著高于对照组的55.56%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗6个月后KPS生活质量评估量表得分为(54.8±18.5)分，显著高于对照组的(44.5±18.5)分(P<0.05)。结论 瘤段切除灭活再植治疗老年四肢恶性骨肿瘤疗效确切，可以有效保证患肢恢复效果及术后生活质量，适于临床应用。
