脑结核瘤的1H—MRS分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨脑结核瘤的氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的特点。方法 随机选取该院2011年10月—2014年6月确诊为结核性脑炎的20例患者的35个病灶行磁共振波谱检查，对病变区NAA/ Cr、NAA/ Cho、Cho/ Cr、MI/ Cr值进行分析。结果 病变的坏死区及实性区NAA/Cr(2.043±0.470，2.124±0.664)、NAA/Cho(1.711±0.732，1.751±0.514)值降低，Cho/Cr(1.274±0.371，1.506±0.422)、MI/Cr(1.524±0.530，1.838±0.625)值升高，坏死区及实性区的NAA/Cho值与对侧正常区的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 磁共振波谱可以对结核性脑炎的诊断提供代谢性信息，其表现有一定的特点，有益于提高诊断准确率。
