甘露醇与布林佐胺联合治疗机械性眼外伤的疗效探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨甘露醇与布林佐胺联合治疗机械性眼外伤的疗效。 方法 整群选择2011年2月—2015年2月该院收治的44例机械性眼外伤患者作为研究对象，将其平均分为研究组与对照组，每组22例。对照组单纯应用甘露醇治疗，研究组在此基础上应用布林佐胺治疗。 结果 研究组患者眼压转复时间、血肿消失时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 甘露醇与布林佐胺联合治疗机械性眼外伤的效果可靠，安全性佳，适于临床应用。
