口服左旋肉碱与卵胞浆内单精子注射治疗男性严重少、弱精子症的临床探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨口服左旋肉碱与卵胞浆内单精子注射治疗男性严重少、弱精子症的临床疗效。 方法 整群选取2012年2月—2014年5月在医院收治的72例男性不育症的患者， 将其作为临床研究对象，采用随机的方式分为实验组36例和对照组36例，实验组实行ICSI治疗前，前3个月男方服用口服左旋肉碱，对照组不服用左旋肉碱。对治疗后两组受精率、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率进行分析。 结果 经统计分析，实验组的受精率29(80.55%)、优质胚胎率17(47.22%)、临床妊娠率12(33.33%)均比对照组21(58.33%)、9(25.00%)、9(25.00%)的高，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。 结论 口服左旋肉碱与卵胞浆内单精子注射可明显提高男性精子的受精率与临床妊娠率，可以选择性作为临床辅助治疗男性不育症，值得临床推广应用。
