静脉滴注阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性附件炎疗效研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究对慢性附件炎患者使用静脉滴注阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓进行治疗的效果。 方法 整群选取2014年4月—2015年4月间在该院进行慢性附件炎治疗的患者78例为研究的对象，随机分成对照组与治疗组。给予对照组阿奇霉素进行治疗，给予治疗组阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓进行治疗，对比两组停药1周和停药1个月后的总有效率。结果 停药1周后，治疗组的总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(85.00%)；停药1个月后，治疗组的总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(90.00%)，两项指标对比，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 使用静脉滴注阿奇霉素联合康妇消炎栓对慢性附件炎患者进行治疗效果明显，适合推广应用。
