2%硝酸银软膏联合10%氯化钠外敷治疗多西他赛致静脉炎30例效果探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨2%硝酸银外涂联合10%氯化钠湿热敷治疗多西他赛外渗所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法 将该院2012年3月—2015年11月收治的60例多西他赛化疗致静脉炎的患者随机分成两组，治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用2%硝酸银外涂联合10%氯化钠湿热敷，对照组采用50%的硫酸镁外敷，比较两组患者用药一周临床疗效。 结果 治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ2=18.4，P=0.0001)。结论 2%硝酸银外涂联合10%氯化钠湿热敷治疗多西他赛治静脉炎疗效显著，值得临床推广。
