探讨中医综合方案在慢性盆腔炎临床治疗中的应用及疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨中医综合方案在慢性盆腔炎临床治疗中的应用及疗效。 方法 整群选取该院妇产科2013年6月—2014年9月期间收治的184例盆腔炎患者作为本次研究对象，依据随机双盲原则将其划分为研究组和对照组各92例。对照组92例患者给予西医常规治疗，研究组92例患者采取综合治疗方案治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后临床症状改善情况进行记录与分析。结果 研究组临床总有效率为94.57%，显著高于对照组的71.74%，χ2=6.589，P<0.05；研究组治疗后临床症状评分为(2.08±1.02)分，显著高于对照组的(3.81±1.05)分，t=4.136，P<0.05。结论 对慢性盆腔炎患者采取中医综合方案治疗能取得良好的效果，可有效改善患者各项临床症状，值得推广。
