张文学名老中医以清为润理论治疗咳嗽疗效研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨使用张文学名老中医经验“清燥止咳法”治疗风燥伤肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。 方法 将符合诊断标准和纳入标准的病例80例，按随机分组的原则，分为观察组40例，对照组40例，观察组使用“清燥止咳法”，对照组40例服用“潘高寿蛇胆川贝枇杷膏”，比较两组的临床疗效。 结果 观察组总有效率(92.5%)优于对照组(77.5%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 张文学名老中医“清燥止咳法”治疗风燥伤肺型咳嗽有较好的临床疗效。
