支原体肺炎并胸腔积液78例临床分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析支原体肺炎并胸腔积液临床特点。方法 整群选取该院于2011年4月—2015年5月收治78例支原体肺炎合并胸腔积液患儿临床资料。结果 治疗组患儿在常规对症处理上，加用中药治疗。治疗组患者有效率97.4%，对照组84.6%，P<0.05。结论 给予患儿对症处理，适当加用中药治疗可获得良好的治疗效果。
