白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法 随机择取该院2012年5月—2014年5月收治的90例青光眼合并白内障患者，随机分为两组，每组45例，分别采取小梁切除术(对照组)和白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗(观察组)。结果 观察组患者的眼压、中央前房深度、视力分别为(12.86±3.27)mmHg、(3.05±0.34)mm和(0.36±0.08)，治疗总有效率为95.56%，数据均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障疗效显著，值得推广。
