恩度联合顺铂治疗恶性心包积液疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨恩度(重组人血管内皮抑制素)联合顺铂心包腔灌注治疗恶性心包积液的疗效及安全性。方法 方便选取2011年9月—2015年9月该院经病理确诊为恶性肿瘤合并有心包积液54例患者按随机化原则分为2组；A组患者恩度联合顺铂心包腔内灌注治疗；B组患者单药恩度心包腔内灌注治疗，每周1次，最多连续用药3周。比较两组之间的疗效、生活质量改善情况及不良反应。 结果 A组完全缓解率75.9%(22/29)， B组完全缓解率48.0%(12/25)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，但两组总有效率相似，差异无统计学意义，且A组生活质量改善较B组明显(P<0.05)。结论 恩度联合顺铂治疗恶性心包积液疗效好，毒副反应小，且改善生存质量，值得临床推广应用。
