尿道狭窄合并尿道结石经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗的疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察和分析尿道狭窄合并尿道结石经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗的效果。方法 方便择取对象为2013年7月—2015年10月到该院进行治疗的90例尿道狭窄合并尿道结石患者，所有患者均于知情同意下积极参与该研究活动，按照随机等分法将其划分成各45例的研究组和对照组，前组患者采用传统药物治疗，对比分析两组患者效果。结果治疗后，研究组总有效率为95.6%，对照组为80.0%，和对照组相比较，研究组治疗效果明显要好，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用经输尿管镜钬激光术治疗尿道狭窄合并尿道结石，效果显著且良好，值得应用于临床，并予以推广。
