心电图与冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病的对比(1)

     [摘要] 目的 对比心电图与冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病的临床效果。方法 整群选取2013年3月—2015年11月收治患冠心病患者166例，随机分为心电图组和造影组，每组83例。心电图组给予行心电图检查，造影组给予冠状动脉造影检查，检查结果对比分析。结果 心电图组阳性率为90.36%、阴性率为40.96%与造影组对比(83.13%、44.58%)，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2种检查对冠心病诊断无差别，但心电图乃对冠心病检查诊断具有一定作用，对冠心病病变诊断率较高。
