Wnt2、dvl蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达和评价(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究Wnt2、dvl蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 整群收集2014年12月—2015年12月该院确诊的食道鳞癌手术切除标本131例和131例健康食管组织标本，检测Wnt2、Dvl，分析与临床病理特征关系。结果 在食管鳞癌组织中Wnt2及Dvl阳性率分别为89.3%和 78.2%，正常食管组织中Wnt2及Dvl的阳性率分别为11.9%、8.6%，P<0.05。且有淋巴结转移组织阳性率较高。结论 Wnt2、Dvl蛋白的表达异常可能与食管鳞癌的发生及发展密切相关。
