表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗三阴性乳腺癌的临床观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗三阴性乳腺癌的临床疗效。 方法 方便选取该院肿瘤科2012年1月—2015年1月之间收治78例三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床治疗资料进行了回顾性分析，对照组行柔比星治疗，实验组行表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗，对两组三阴性乳腺癌患者临床资料进行统计分析。 结果 实验组临床治疗后VEGF-C水平为(6 012.4±214.4)ng/L，对照组临床治疗后VEGF-C水平为(5 904.0±132.5)ng/L，两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三阴性乳腺癌患者接受表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗，具有较为满意的治疗效果。
