新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病与血管内皮生长因子水平的临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 分析新生兒缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)与血管内皮生长因子水平的相关性。方法 将符合纳入标准的2015年1月—2016年1月期间进入该院的60例HIE足月新生儿作为实验组,将无神经系统疾病的60名足月新生儿作为对照组,比较两组在出生后24 h、7 d、10 d血浆内皮生长因素、神经元特异性烯醇化酶,比较两组出生后脑脊液内皮生长因子、神经元特异性烯醇化酶。结果 实验组的NSE值在24 h、7 d、10 d分别为(19.43±7.03)、(15.06±3.01)、(10.97±2.59),明显高于对照组在24 h、7 d、10 d的NSE值(9.38±2.05)、(9.29±2.25)、(9.33±2.17),实验组的VEGF值在24 h、7 d、10 d分别为(591.34±60.42)ng/L、(488.54±49.89)ng/L、(449.24±67.37)ng/L,明显高于对照组在24 h、7 d、10 d的VEGF值(268.51±16.94)ng/L、(270.33±17.84)ng/L、(269.59±18.43)ng/L。对脑脊液的VEGF、NSE进行对比发现,实验组分别为(14.08±0.78)ng/L、(19.33±4.98)明显高于对照组(10.03±1.26)ng/L、(10.98±2.73),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 血管内皮生长因子能够作为新生儿HIE疾病的诊断、预后判断的重要指标。

Clinical Analysis of Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Levels

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the correlation between the level of vascular endothelial growth factor (HIE) and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (VEGF). Methods Met the inclusion criteria into my hospital in January 2015 to January 2016 during the 60 cases of HIE in term newborns as the experimental group, 60 cases of full-term newborns without neurologic disorders as a control group, two groups were compared after birth 24 h, 7 d, 10 d plasma endothelial growth factor, neuron-specific enolase, cerebrospinal fluid after birth were compared endothelial growth factor, neuron-specific enolase. Results NSE value of the experimental group at 24 h, 7 d, 10 d, respectively (19.43 ± 7.03), (15.06 ± 3.01), (10.97 ± 2.59), was significantly higher that control group in 24 h, NSE value 7 d, 10 d of (9.38 ± 2.05),(9.29 ± 2.25), (9.33 ± 2.17), VEGF value of the experimental group at 24 h, 7 d, 10 d, respectively (591.34 ± 60.42)ng/L, (488.54 ± 49.89)ng/L, (449.24 ± 67.37)ng/L, significantly higher than control group in the 24 h, 7 d, 10 d of VEGF values (268.51 ± 16.94)ng/L, (270.33 ± 17.84)ng/L, (269.59 ± 18.43)ng/L. CSF of VEGF, NSE comparison found that the experimental group were (14.08 ± 0.78)ng/L, (19.33 ± 4.98) was significantly higher than control group(10.03 ± 1.26)ng/L, (10.98 ± 2.73), there are significant differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Vascular endothelial growth factor can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of HIE disease in newborn infants. (朱娟 朱苏月 乔继冰)
