斜T形锁定加压接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析斜T形锁定加压接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效。方法 方便选取从2013年1月—2016年1月收治的AO分类B型与C型82例桡骨远端骨折患者，均采取斜T形锁定加压接骨板治疗，分析其治疗效果。结果 该组82例患者，术后均获得随访，随访时间平均为(8.43±1.09)个月；X线检查显示，骨折完全愈合，桡骨轴向无缩短，随访过程中，未出现骨折再移位与固定钉板松动情况。该组中，70例优，12例良，优良率为100%。结论 应用斜T形锁定加压接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折，效果明显，手术对腕关节血运破坏小，能恢复桡骨远端解剖形态，有助于术后腕关节的功能恢复。
