探讨丹参治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究丹参治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的治疗效果及其机制。方法 方便选取该院2015年5月—2016年5月诊治的蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的病人80例，随机分成实验组和对照组，每组40例，对照组使用一般的诊治方法，实验组在对照组的基础上使用丹参注射液进行诊治，之后使用放射免疫分析法检测两组血浆内皮素的水平。 结果 对照组用药前血浆内皮素水平为(66.64±14.78)ng/L，发病第3天为(59.67±12.91)ng/L，发病第10天为(56.18±9.27)ng/L；实验组分别对应的是(65.21±15.55)ng/L，(47.38±10.26)ng/L，(49.58±8.99)ng/L，差异均具有统计学意义， P<0.05。 结论 丹参治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛有一定效果，值得在临床当中推广使用。
