PFNA治疗老年股骨转子下骨折的疗效分析(3)
综上所述，PFNA治疗老年股骨转子下骨折，符合微创理念，手术操作简单，符合生物力学固定等优点，髓内固定增加中心固定稳定性，结合术中复位技巧，减少骨折不愈合、髋内翻畸形及内固定断裂、切割股骨头等并发症发生，是治疗老年股骨转子下骨折较为理想的选择。
