[摘要] 目的 观察评析平行钢板技术在肱骨髁间骨折的临床应用及疗效。方法 方便选取在该院进行平行钢板技术治疗的58例肱骨髁间骨折患者(2013年1月—2016年1月期间)进行回顾性分析。观察其手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间，并进行4个月的随访，观察其优良率、运动功能状况(Fugl-Meyer)以及日常生活活动能力(Barthel)以及不良反应。结果 其手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间均较短，且经过4个月随访发现，按改良Cassebaum评分系统评分，优40例，良10例，可6例，差2例，优良率为86.21%；治疗后，Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指數评分均较高；其中不良反应发生率6.90%。结论 平行钢板技术是治疗肱骨髁间骨折的较好方法，值得广泛推广。
