[摘要] 目的 探讨慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗预后情况，对慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗效果进行分析和研究。 方法 随机选取2015年12月—2016年12月期间进行慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗的患者共100例，按照随机分配的原则，将100例患者平均分成两组，实验组和对照组，每组患者50例。实验组主要采用中医内服外用的方法进行临床治疗，对照组主要采用西药抗生素治疗，探究2组患者的治疗效果、不良反应的差异性。结果 实验组中医慢性盆腔炎治愈24例，总有效率90%；对照组西医治疗治愈13例，总有效率76%。且实验组不良反应的出现明显少于对照组，实验结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用中医药内服外用治疗的实验组患者比采用西药抗生素治疗的对照组患者治疗效果要好，实验组的临床反应较好、治疗效率高，具有临床推广意义。
