[摘要] 目的 分析化痰降逆止晕汤治疗痰浊眩晕的临床效果。方法 方便选取2010年2月—2013年12月该医院收治的102例痰浊型眩晕患者，随机分组，对照组(n=51)单纯给予常规西药治疗方法，实验组(n=51)给予中药化痰降逆止晕汤，对比2组患者临床治疗效果。 结果 实验组总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(76.47%)，2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组眩晕程度、发作频率、发作持续时间分别为(0.74±0.27)、(1.56±0.56)次/周、(1.56±0.66)min，均低于对照组，2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药化痰降逆止晕汤临床效果显著，能够明显提高疗效，减少发作次数，对患者良好预后意义重大。
