[摘要] 目的 探讨难治性高血压患者的治疗原则，总结用药体会，为临床提供参考借鉴。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年10月期间该院收治的难治性高血压患者65例临床资料，统计患者治疗效果、总结患者治疗原则及用药经验。 结果 经治疗，65例患者中60例血压达标，达标率为92.3%；5例患者由于各种原因血压未达标。治疗后，患者平均收缩压为(127.2±4.5)mmHg，平均舒张压为(98.7±4.8)mmHg，与治疗相比，血压水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 难治性高血压疾病病理特点明显，给予患者个体化治疗方案，规律作息、科学饮食，优化生活方式，联合药物治疗，可有效治疗难治性高血压。
