[摘要] 目的 采用多层螺旋CT手段对卵巢囊腺瘤以及囊腺瘤进行诊断，并与病理结果进行对照，从而评判CT诊断的准确性。 方法 回顾性分析2012年1月—2017 年4月进入该院进行治疗的通过手术以及病理学诊断确诊为卵巢囊腺瘤以及囊腺癌的患者共100例患者的病例资料，分析疾病的CT图像特点以及与诊断结果的一致性。结果 100例患者中，卵巢囊腺瘤患者67例，囊腺癌患者33例，卵巢囊腺瘤中 浆液性有45例(67.16%)，囊腺癌中浆液性有27例(81.82%)，数据比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较卵巢囊腺瘤与囊腺癌CT图像上的差异发现在CT值、肿瘤直径、瘤体形态的差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 卵巢囊腺瘤与囊腺癌具有各自的组织特点，在临床可以通过CT诊断的方法对于疾病做初步的诊断，对临床上卵巢囊腺瘤与囊腺癌的鉴别具有重要价值，值得推广与应用。
