[摘要] 目的 探究卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的效果。方法 方便选取2015年9月—2016年9月該院输血科310例进行交叉配血的患者，同时进行盐水法及卡式微柱凝胶试验，观察对比两种方法的血液正定型符合率及反定型符合率。结果 卡式微柱凝胶试验正定型符合率为100.00%，反定型符合率99.03%，均高于盐水法，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RhD阴性的有3例(9.68%)，E阴性92例(29.68%)，C阴性28例(9.03%)，交叉配血结果配血不和2例(6.45%)。结论 卡式微柱凝胶试验能够有效提高临床输血检验过程中的一次性正确率，可在临床推广使用。
