86例丙肝患者HCV—RNA载量及抗—HCV与肝功能指标的相关性研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨丙型肝炎患者其血清HCV-RNA载量以及抗-HCV与肝功能指标(ALT、AST)的关系。方法 方便选取该院于2015年1月—2016年1月期间所收治的行荧光定量PCR法检测的86例丙型病毒性肝炎患者,另选取同期前来该院体检的健康人群35名,对其血清HCV-RNA进行测定,并采用ELISA法对抗-HCV法进行测定,应用全自动生化分析仪对ALT以及AST指标进行测定。结果 在HCV-RNA载量大于1×105 copy/mL时,其抗-HCV阳性概率可达到100.0%。在对低载量、中载量、高载量以及健康体检组的指标对比中,ALT指标中,上述组别数据分别为(56.80±40.81)、(100.43±62.56)、(155.30±47.86)、(20.26±12.56)U/L,差异有统计学意义。结论 在对肝功能指标进行测定的过程中,行HCV-RNA或者是抗-HCV测定,各有优势,也各有缺陷,将这三者相互联合,对其早期诊断以及测定疗效具有极为重要的作用。

Correlational Study of HCV-RNA Load, Anti-HCV and Liver Function in 86 Patients with Hepatitis C

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to investigate the relationship of the serum HCV-RNA load and anti-HCV and liver function (ALT and AST) in patients with hepatitis C. Methods Convenient selection 86 patients with HCV were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR in this hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. 35 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected, the serum HCV-RNA was determined by ELISA and anti-HCV method, the ALT and AST indicators were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results When the HCV-RNA load reached more than 1×105 copy/mL, the positive rate of anti-HCV can reach 100.0%. The ALT index of the low-load, mid-load, high-load and healthy group were (56.80±40.81), (100.43±62.56), (155.30±47.86), and(20.26±12.56)U/L respectively, differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of determination of liver function, HCV-RNA or anti-HCV determination have their own advantages as well as disadvantages; the combination of the three is of great importance for early diagnosis and determination.

丙型肝炎的英文名稱为viral hepatitis C[1-3],主要是由于其HCV病毒感染所导致,这一病症的发病原因多是由于经过输血、针刺以及吸毒等进行传播[2]。根据World Health Organization的相关研究统计[3],全球范围内其HCV的感染概率占到3%,且世界人群中,大约有1.8亿人都感染了此种病症。针对于此,该文将以2015年1月—2016年1月期间该院所收治的86例丙型病毒性肝炎患者作为临床数据参考,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取该院共收治已经确诊的丙型病毒性肝炎患者86例,其中,男性50例,女性36例,最大年龄67岁,最小年龄19岁,该次入选的患者中,已经排除患有甲型、乙型、丁型病毒性肝炎患者以及肝功能异常患者,另选取同期前来该院体检的健康人群35名。
1.2 方法
进行HCV-RNA测定,采用FQ-PCR方法,选取的设备为上海科华生物工程股份有限公司生产的RT-PCR试剂盒。所选仪器为美国MJ Research DNA Engine Opticon PCR仪。由PCR的实验人员依据说明书进行相关操作。在实验中将阴性以及阳性进行设置对照,由卫生部对血清进行质控,以及质控浓度为(1.5×104~1.5×107),数量为4个,检测下限<1×103 copy/mL。, 百拇医药(宋振兴)
