[摘要] 目的 分析多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效，为临床用药提供理论依据。方法 方便选取该院2015年9月—2017年3月期间收治的164例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予多次法根管治疗，观察组患者给予一次性根管治疗，分析两组患者的临床疗效、并发症和治疗时间。结果 观察组患者的临床有效率为93.91%，对照组患者的临床有效率为73.17%，两组结果比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的并发率也差异有统计学意义，分别为4.49%和15.73%。结论 采用一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病，不仅可以提高临床疗效，减轻患者痛苦，利于患者健康的恢复，值得在临床上应用推广。
