[摘要] 目的 阐述神经内镜在脑积水三脑室底下疝治疗中的体会。方法 方便选取2012年5月—2015年3月该院收治的30例患者为研究对象，对其行内镜下三脑室底脚间池造瘘术进行治疗，观察经改造后的三脑室底造瘘方法的临床治疗效果。结果 随访10～36个月，28例有效，占93.3%；24例治愈，占80.0%；4例好转(症状明显改善)，占13.3%，脑室均有缩小，术后硬膜下积液1例，经过卧床补液治疗后自愈。结论 神经内镜用于脑积水三脑室底下疝的治疗效果较佳。
