[摘要] 目的 探讨上颌前牙缺失即刻种植修复的美学效果。方法 方便选取2014年6月—2016年6月该门诊部收治的上颌前牙缺失患者102例，随机分为2组各51例，观察组进行即刻种植修复，对照组进行延期种植修复，比较成功率和美学效果。结果 两组种植体修复成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者主观满意度为96.1%，明显高于对照组78.4%(P<0.05)；观察组PES评分(10.82±2.41)分、WES评分(8.37±1.22)分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 即刻种植修复有效缩短了治疗时间，获得了理想的美学效果，值得应用。
