正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床应用价值分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究在口腔修復过程中采取正畸治疗的临床效果以及应用价值。方法 该次实验数据分析中将76例样本依据不同治疗方案进行组别均分，样本来源于方便选取2015年4月—2017年4月期间该院参与诊治的牙列间出现间隙患者，参照组中纳入36例患者予以常规修复治疗，实验组中纳入36例予以正畸治疗，比较统计实验组与参照组牙列间出现间隙患者的临床治疗计算有效率、不良反应计算值、满意度评分、平均疗程。结果 数据统计发现，实验组牙列间出现间隙患者临床治疗计算有效率97.30%对比参照组临床治疗计算有效率76.31%显著更高，差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.369 7，P<0.05)。实验组牙列间出现间隙患者不良反应发生率2.63%显著低于参照组牙列间隙发生率10.29%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.029 4，P<0.05)。实验组牙列间出现间隙患者满意度评分(95.23±3.21)分、平均疗程(3.01±0.21)个月对比参照组牙列间出现间隙患者满意度评分(82.65±4.54)分、平均疗程(6.87±0.54)个月，差异有统计学意义(t=13.947 0、41.067 9，P<0.05)。结论 将正畸治疗应用在口腔修复过程中效果显著，可降低不良反应，获得更美观的修复结果，值得借鉴应用。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect and application value of orthodontic treatment in oral restoration. Methods In the analysis of the experimental data， 76 samples were divided equally according to different treatment plans. The samples were from patients with gaps between the dentition participated in the diagnosis and treatment in this hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 by convenient selected， and 36 were included in the reference group. The patients were treated with routine repairs. 36 patients were included in the experimental group to receive orthodontic treatment. Comparing the gaps between experiment group and the reference group， the clinical treatment efficiency， calculated adverse reaction value， satisfaction score， and average course of treatment. Results Statistics show that the effective rate of clinical treatment calculation was 97.30% in the gap between patients in the experimental group and 76.31% in the reference group. The statistically significant difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.369 7，P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the gaps between the dentition of the experimental group was 2.63%， which was significantly lower than that of the reference group. The incidence of dentition gap was 10.29%. Statistically significant differences were shown (χ2=5.029 4，P<0.05). In the experimental group， there was a gap between the dentition patients' satisfaction score of(95.23±3.21) points and the average course of treatment (3.01±0.21) months compared with the reference group. The patient satisfaction score was (82.65±4.54) points， and the average course of treatment was (6.87±0.54)months， there was statistically significant difference in statistics (t=13.947 0， 41.067 9，P<0.05). Conclusion The application of orthodontic treatment in the oral repair process has significant effects， which can reduce adverse reactions and obtain more beautiful repair results， so it is worthy of reference., 百拇医药(吴鹏)
