[摘要] 目的 探讨LgI1 型抗体脑炎的护理要点，加深护理人员对LgI1型自身免疫性脑炎的认识。 方法 回顾总结2016年11—2017年5月聊城市人民医院神经内科确诊治疗并后续回访的1例LgI1抗体脑炎的护理，并查阅相关资料。 结果 护理人员掌握LgI1抗体脑炎“可能的诊断”的症状、体征、辅助检查可以提高该病的早期诊断率。结论 在医护共同努力下早期确诊是提高LgI1抗体脑炎治愈率和患者病后生活质量的关键。
