[摘要] 目的 总结分析腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治经验。方法 方便选取顺义区医院普外二科2010年1月—2017年10月收治的46例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者，给予胃肠减压、预防感染、营养支持、抑制消化液分泌、激素、经胃管注入泛影葡胺、高压氧等治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 除1例患者出现绞窄性肠梗阻再次行急诊手术外，其余45例患者虽恢复时间不同，但最终均保守治疗成功，顺利出院。结论 多管齐下的保守治疗是术后早期炎性肠梗阻首选方法。
