[摘要] 目的 了解儿童支气管肺炎中施以平奇治疗的临床疗效。方法 以随机法将方便选取2016年11月—2017年12月间该院儿科接收并治疗的212例支气管肺炎患儿随机分成两组：106例治疗组给予平奇治疗，106例对照组予以常规方法治疗，1个疗程后分别统计2组临床治疗效果。结果 予以不同疗法后，106例治疗组有效率97.17%(103/106)，106例对照组为84.91%(90/106)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.770，P=0.002)；对照组治疗后4例(3.77%)发生不良反应症状，治疗组2例(1.89%)发生，差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.686，P=0.407)。结论 当小儿患上支气管肺炎后，积极选用平奇治疗的实践价值较高，建议推荐应用。
