[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the diagnostic effect of biochemical test index for patients with viral liver disease. Methods For the period from March 2015 to January 2017, 100 patients with viral liver diseases admitted to the hospital were selected conveniently as study groups. 100 healthy people who participated in the physical examination were selected as the control group and object biochemical indicators all were tested, and test results were comparatively analyzed. Results In lymphocyte, leukocyte, platelet, and neutrophil examinations, the study group was (36.7±10.39)%, (5.1±1.75)×109/L, (114.5±68.42)×109/L, and (53.9±11.27)%, respectively, and the control group was (28.4±6.47)%, (6.9±1.32)×109/L, (175.3±73.41)×109/L, and (62.8±8.69)% lymphocytes in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The leukocyte, platelet, and neutrophils levels were significantly lower in the study group than the control group (P<0.05). The ALT, TBIL, ALB, and A/G indices were (84.2±34.81)U/L, (25.3±13.28)mmol/L, (37.5±5.87)g/L, and (1.1±0.19) in the study group, and (29.4±19.74)U/L in the control group, respectively, (14.5±8.64)mmol/L, (46.9±6.03)g/L, and (1.6±0.32). ALT and TBIL in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while ALB and A/G were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In CHE, PA, ADA and AFU indicators, the control group was (2.8±0.31)kU/L, (0.4±0.53)mmol/L, (35.2±13.28)U/L, and (35.7±4.75)U/L, respectively, the study group was (6.5±2.53)kU/L,(0.2±0.06)mmol/L,(23.6±6.39)U/L, and(40.3±5.97)U/L, There were statistically significant difference in CHE, PA, ADA, and AFU levels between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with viral liver disease, biochemical test indicators have a high application value for clinical diagnosis and are worthy of widespread promotion.,
