玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩在牙体缺损修复中的应用效果观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩在牙体修复中的应用效果。方法 方便收集2015年1—12月于该院口腔科就诊的牙体缺损的患者80例(120顆牙),分为观察组(45例66颗牙)和对照组(35例54颗牙),分别给予玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩修复。治疗前,两组患者的性别、年龄、碱性磷酸酶水平、牙周探诊深度等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。随访2年,对比分析两组患者的患牙牙周状况、修复效果、桩核冠损坏情况。 结果 2年后,观察组和对照组碱性磷酸酶水平分别为(435.26±77.35)、(498.33±76.82)μIU,对照组较观察组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.63,P<0.05);观察组在修复体完整性、颜色匹配、边缘适合性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.98、6.26、9.80,P<0.05);观察组桩核冠损坏少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.02,P<0.05)。结论 与铸造金属桩比较,玻璃纤维桩在牙体缺损修复中的修复效果更好,更美观,对牙周损害更小。

    Application Effect of Glass Fiber Piles and Cast Metal Piles in Restoration of Tooth Defects

    [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to observe the application effect of glass fiber post and cast metal post in dental restoration. Methods Totally 80 patients (120 teeth) were convenient selected from January to December 2015 in the hospital. The patients were divided into observation group (45 cases, 66 teeth) and control group (35 cases, 54 teeth) respectively to give glass fiber post and cast metal post repair. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gender, age, probing depth and alkaline phosphatase between the two groups (P>0.05). The patients were followed up for 2 years. The periodontal status, restoration effect, post-core crown damage and repair satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Two years later, the alkaline phosphatase levels in the observation group and the control group were (435.26±77.35) μIU vs (498.33±76.82) μIU, respectively, which were significantly higher in the control group than in the observation group (t=3.63, P<0.05); The integrity, color matching, and marginal suitability of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.98, 6.26, 9.80, P<0.05); the observation group post and core crown The damage was less than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.02, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with cast metal piles, glass fiber piles have a better repair effect on tooth defects and are more aesthetically pleasing and have less periodontal damage.
