高压氧治疗眼底病临床疗效评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨高压氧治疗眼底病臨床疗效。 方法 方便选取2016年11月—2017年11月在医院眼科进行眼底病治疗的70例患者纳入该次实验研究的实验组观察范围内，方便选取同期治疗的另70例患者作为该次研究的对照组观察对象。对照组患者入院后对其进行常规性的激素类药物治疗，实验组患者在此基础上进一步实施高压氧治疗，4人高压氧舱治疗，控制高压氧压力以及吸氧时间，每次治疗后，医师对患者病情变化进行记录和分析，根据实际状况，调整疗程，分析和评价两组患者眼底病的临床疗效。 结果 实验组70例眼底病患者在高压氧治疗中，痊愈25例(35.7%)、治疗显效23例(32.8%)、治疗有效17例(24.3%)、治疗无效5例(7.2%)，临床治疗总有效率为92.8%，患者治疗结束后眼底渗出、眼底出血等症状得到显著改善；实验组患者治疗有效总体评分为(84±1.5)分。对照组70例眼底病患者在常规治疗中，痊愈22例(31.4%)、治疗显效20例(28.6%)、治疗有效14例(20.0%)、治疗无效14例(20.0%)，临床治疗总有效率为80.0%，患者治疗结束后眼底渗出、眼底出血等症状并未得到明显改善；对照组患者总体评分为(79±0.5)分。实验组高压氧治疗不同类型的眼底病，均有较高的临床治疗有效率，总体治疗效果好，即高压氧治疗眼底病的临床适用性强，两组实验结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 高压氧治疗眼底病的临床效果显著，并且治疗方式安全可靠，在临床实践中具有推广应用价值。
