[摘要] 目的 探析鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉与慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院在2014年1月—2018年5月期间收治的96例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者，将其随机分为对照组48例和治疗组48例，其中对照组进行常规药物治疗，治疗组实施鼻内镜下手术治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率、并发症发生几率。结果 治疗组临床治疗有效率95.8%明显高于对照组66.7%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.302，P<0.05)；治疗组患者术后并发症发生几率4.2%显著低于对照组20.8%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.017，P<0.05)。结论 与传统药物治疗相比，鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉与慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果显著，有效提高临床治疗有效率，减少患者痛苦，帮助患者早日康复，临床价值较高，值得推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery for nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to May 2018 were convenient randomly divided into the control group(n=48) and the treatment group(n=48).
