[摘要] 目的 研究腰椎后路滑脱复位植骨融合内固定术中椎间植骨粒体积与术后融合效果相关性。方法 随机选取2014年1月—2018年1月该院收治的行腰椎后路滑脱复位植骨融合内固定术患者80例，依据椎间植骨粒体积将这些患者分为0.1 cm3/粒组(n=40)和0.2 cm3/粒组(n=40)两组，对两组患者的平均植骨粒体积、椎间椎骨粒总体积、Cage高度、下腰痛、双下肢疼痛VAS评分、ODI评分、椎间隙高度、植骨融合情况进行统计分析。结果0.1 cm3/粒组患者的平均植骨粒体积显著小于0.2 cm3/粒组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，椎间隙高度显著高于0.2 cm3/粒组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，植骨融合率92.5%(37/40)显著高于0.2 cm3/粒组82.5%(33/40)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 腰椎后路滑脱复位植骨融合内固定术中椎间植骨粒体积与术后融合效果显著相关。
