[摘要] 目的 分析抗菌类西药临床应用的不良反应。 方法 随机抽取该院2017年6月—2018年8月期间收治的抗菌类西药治疗患者300例，回顾患者临床资料，统计抗菌类药物不良反应的发生。 结果63例抗菌类西药不良反应，男性65.08%，女性34.92%;以≥40岁人群为主;多见头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类及β-内酰胺类药物;给药途径多见静脉滴注、口服;单一用药63.49%，联合用药36.51%;不良反应多累及皮肤及附件、消化系统、神经系统;排在前5位药物为左氧氟沙星、哌拉西林/三唑巴坦钠、哌拉西林/舒巴坦、五水头孢唑林钠、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦。 结论 抗菌类西药使用期间，临床应严格按照说明书，对症用药。
