重症医学科急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者应用机械通气治疗的临床价值体会(1)

     [摘要] 目的 觀察并探讨重症医学科急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者应用机械通气治疗的临床价值。 方法 方便选取该院2016年3月—2018年3月期间收治的136例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,将所有患者按照机械通气治疗手段分为对照组(68例患者)与实验组(68例患者),对照组患者及实验组患者分别给予常规机械通气治疗与肺保护性机械通气法治疗,对两组患者临床治疗有效率、治疗前后PaCO2、PaO2进行观察与比较。 结果 实验组患者临床治疗总有效率(95.59%)显著优于对照组(79.41%),结果间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.362 8,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后PaCO2、PaO2(40.36±7.32)、(81.32±10.32)mmHg均显著优于治疗前(44.26±7.32)、(76.89±10.32)mmHg(P<0.05),对照组患者患者治疗后PaCO2、PaO2(48.62±6.38)、(72.32±10.38)mmHg均显著优于治疗前(45.32±6.38)、(78.62±10.38)mmHg(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗后PaCO2、PaO2显著优于对照组,结果间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 肺保护性机械通气在急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者临床治疗中应用具有显著效果,值得推广应用。

    Clinical Value of Mechanical Ventilation Therapy in Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in Intensive Care Department

    [Abstract] Objective To observe and explore the clinical value of mechanical ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome in critical medicine. Methods A total of 136 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were convenient selected enrolled. All patients were divided into control group (68 patients) and experimental group (68 patients) according to mechanical ventilation therapy. Patients in the control group and the experimental group were treated with conventional mechanical ventilation and pulmonary protective mechanical ventilation respectively. The effective treatment of the two groups of patients, PaCO2, PaO2 before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group (95.59%) was significantly better than that in the control group (79.41%). There was a significant difference between the results and statistical significance(χ2=5.362 8, P<0.05). PaCO2, PaO2 (40.36±7.32), (81.32±10.32)mmHg in the experimental group were significantly better than before treatment (44.26±7.32), (76.89±10.32)mmHg (P<0.05), PaCO2, PaO2 (48.62±6.38) and (72.32±10.38)mmHg were significantly better than those before treatment (45.32±6.38), (78.62±10.38)mmHg (P<0.05).
