[摘要] 目的 探讨直肠上皮细胞稳定性FH检测在大肠癌筛查中的应用价值。方法 方便选取福建中医药大学附属南平人医院2017年1月—2018年12月期间接受健康体检的患者，进行直肠癌筛查，共10 000例。对健康体检者进行直肠上皮细胞稳定性FH检测，检测结果阳性者再进行结肠镜检查。 结果 在10 000例受检者中，直肠渗液直肠上皮细胞稳定性FH检测阳性62例(0.62%)，进一步行结肠镜检查发现直肠癌46例(0.46%)。阳性符合率为74.2%。 结论 直肠渗液直肠上皮细胞稳定性FH检测是筛查直肠癌的适宜技术，能够提高临床治疗效果，临床推广应用价值显著。
