[摘要] 目的 探讨皮瓣修复在手部组织缺损修复中的临床效果。方法 便利选取2017年1月—2018年1月期间收治的60例行局部转移皮瓣修复的手部组织缺损患者作为研究对象，对其临床诊治效果进行分析与总结。 结果 经适宜的局部转移皮瓣修复后，96.67%患者修复成功，3.33%患者出现小部分坏死，经创口换药及相应处理后基本修复。对所有成活病例开展定期随访并记录，回访显示，患者伤指外形较好，质地柔软，皮肤弹性、毛细血管等反应良好。患者均于术后(9.26±0.48)周愈合，患者满意度评分(8.25±1.06)分。 结论 皮瓣修复在手部组织缺损修复中具有显著效果，兼顾美观、功能恢复，具有较高应用价值。
