[摘要] 目的 总结缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗中老年高血压并发蛋白尿的效果。方法 2016年1月—2017年12月回顾性分析128例中老年高血压并发蛋白尿患者临床资料，所有患者在常规治疗基础上联用氨氯地平、缬沙坦，记录其用药前后SBP、DBP、24 h尿蛋白定量变化情况及药物相关不良反应发生情况。结果 128例中老年高血压并发蛋白尿患者治疗后SBP、DBP、24 h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前显著下降(t=54.390 4、37.345 3、44.215 4;P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0);128例患者药物相关不良反应发生率为3.13%，发生药物相关不良反应后均未予以对症干预，停药后相应症状均好转或消失。 结论 缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗中老年高血压并发蛋白尿患者效果显著，同时能够有效保障临床用药安全性。
