[摘要] 目的 分析老年晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者中展开姑息治疗对其生活质量产生的影响。 方法 随机抽取2015年12月—2018年1月该院收治的78例老年晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者作对象，依据护理方式差异分作两组，各39例，对照组展开常规化疗，观察组于此基础展开姑息治疗，对比2组疗效及生活质量。 结果 治疗后，观察组有效率92.31%，而对照组是71.79%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量(39.13±3.95)分，而对照组是(31.88±3.99)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 于老年晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者中展开姑息治疗不仅可提升临床疗效，还能改善生活质量，值得推广。
