[摘要] 目的 比较顽固性心力衰竭(顽固性心衰)老年患者分别施予米力农、左西孟旦进行治疗的疗效。方法 80例研究对象均为方便选取该院心内科收治的顽固性心衰老年患者，纳入时间为2017年7月—2018年7月，将其中单纯实施米力农治疗的40例为A组，另外施予左西孟旦治疗的40例为B组，对比其疗效。 结果 B组治疗后的LVEF、SV与BNP、QOL评分以及6MWT均优于A组，且B组治疗的总有效率是87.50%，较A组的67.50%高，B组再次住院率为12.50%，较A组的35.00%低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 与米力农相比较，左西孟旦治疗顽固性心衰的疗效更为显著，价值更高。
