抗精神药物对精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平的干预作用研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討抗精神药物对精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平的干预作用。 方法 方便选取该院2018年7月—2019年2月精神分裂症患者100例。随机分组,对照组采取氯氮平治疗,试验组则采取阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;精神分裂症开始改善的时间;治疗前后患者阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分、PANSS总分和甲状腺激素水平;副作用。 结果 试验组疗效和对照组均是80.00%(χ2=0.000,P>0.05), 治疗前对照组、试验组阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分、PANSS总分和甲状腺激素水平相近(P>0.05);治疗后试验组阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分、PANSS总分和对照组相似(P>0.05)。但治疗后甲状腺激素水平指标中,对照组的改变幅度更大,而试验组变化幅度更小(P<0.05)。试验组精神分裂症开始改善的时间是(3.16±1.45)周,对照组是(3.13±1.26)周(t=6.104,P<0.05)。试验组不良反应少于对照组(χ2=6.192,P<0.05),其中,对照组有12例不良反应发生,试验组有4例不良反应发生。结论 阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果好,且对甲状腺激素水平的影响更小,可更好减少不良反应的发生,安全性更高。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of antipsychotic drugs on thyroid hormone levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from July 2018 to Feburary 2019 were conveniently selected. Randomly, the control group was treated with clozapine and the experimental group was treated with aripiprazole. The efficacy of the two groups of diseases was compared; the time when schizophrenia began to improve; the positive symptom score, the negative symptom score, the general psychopathological score, the PANSS total score and the thyroid hormone level before and after treatment; side effects. Results The efficacy of the test group and the control group were 80.00%(χ2=0.000, P>0.05). The positive symptom score, negative symptom score, general psychopathological score, PANSS total score and thyroid hormone level were similar in the control group and the test group before treatment(P>0.05); after treatment, the positive symptom score, negative symptom score, general psychopathological score, PANSS total score and the control group were similar in the experimental group(P>0.05). However, in the thyroid hormone level after treatment, the change of the control group was greater, while the change of the test group was smaller(P<0.05). The time to start improvement of schizophrenia in the experimental group was (3.16±1.45)weeks, and that in the control group was (3.13±1.26)weeks(t=6.104, P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the test group were less than that of the control group(χ2=6.192, P<0.05). There were 12 adverse reactions in the control group and 4 adverse reactions in the test group. Conclusion Aripiprazole has a good effect on schizophrenia and has less effect on thyroid hormone levels, which can better reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and has higher safety., 百拇医药(邱海山 黄华威 曾伦)
