贺氏火针结合温针灸在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究賀氏火针结合温针灸在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用，为临床提供指导。 方法 方便选择从2017年6月—2018年6月收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者纳入该次研究对象，按照进入课题先后顺序随机将其划分成两组，命名为实验组与对照组，各有30例。对照组接受口服药物治疗，实验组接受口服药物联合贺氏火针、温针灸治疗，对比两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗满意度。 结果 经两组患者治疗效果比较分析，实验组临床治疗总有效率为96.67%，对照组临床治疗总有效率为80.00%，实验组高于对照组;实验组治疗总满意度为96.67%，对照组治疗总满意度为76.67%，实验组比对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在临床治疗子宫肌瘤过程中，联合应用贺氏火针与温针灸，能够有效患者临床症状，在提高治疗效果的同时也优化了患者治疗满意度，临床推广应用价值明显。

Application Analysis of Heshi Fire Needle Combined with Warm Acupuncture in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

[Abstract] Objective To study the application of Heshi fire needle combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of uterine fibroids， and provide guidance for clinical. Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids admitted from June 2017 to June 2018 were convenient enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of entry into the subject， named experimental group and control group， each with 30 cases. The control group received oral medication， and the experimental group received oral medication combined with Heshi fire needle and warm acupuncture treatment. The clinical treatment effect and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%. The total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%. The experimental group was higher than the control group. The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.67%. The total satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 76.67%. The experimental group was higher than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of uterine fibroids， the combination of Heshi fire needle and warm acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients， improve the treatment effect and optimize the patient's treatment satisfaction. The clinical application value is obvious.
