CBCT影像系统在根管治疗中的评价作用(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨CBCT影像系统在根管治疗中的评价价值。 方法 采用回顾性方法分析，方便选取该院自2016年2月—2018年2月收治的96例根管治疗患者的临床资料，均给予CBCT与RVG扫描，比较两种检查方法疾病检出率、根管充填长度、根管充填密度评价根管充填质量。 结果 CBCT扫描根管治疗术后疾病检出率(29.17%)明显高于RVG扫描(11.46%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.232，P=0.001<0.05)。CBCT扫描的根管充填长度合格率(84.38%)明显高于RVG扫描(77.08%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.334，P=0.003<0.05)。CBCT扫描的根管充填密度合格率(88.54%)明显高于RVG扫描(73.96%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.454，P=0.015<0.05)。 结论 CBCT影像系统用于根管治疗中，可根管治疗后疾病检出率，并从根管充填长度、根管充填密度评价根管充填质量，具有较高可靠性，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of CBCT imaging system in root canal therapy. Methods A retrospective method was used to analyze the clinical data of 96 patients who underwent root canal therapy from February 2016 to February 2018. CBCT and RVG scans were convenient performed to compare the disease detection rates， root canal filling length and root canal filling density of the two methods， and the root canal filling quality was evaluated. Results The detection rate of CBCT after root canal treatment (29.17%) was significantly higher than that of RVG scan(11.46%)(χ2=5.232， P=0.001<0.05). The pass rate of root canal filling length of CBCT scan (84.38%) was significantly higher than that of RVG scan (77.08%)， and there was a statistically significant difference (χ2=7.334， P=0.003<0.05). The pass rate of root canal filling density of CBCT scan (88.54%) was significantly higher than that of RVG scan (73.96%)， and there was a statistically significant difference (χ2=8.454， P=0.015<0.05). Conclusion The CBCT imaging system is used in root canal therapy. It can detect the disease rate after root canal treatment， and evaluate the root canal filling quality from root canal filling length and root canal filling density. It has high reliability and is worthy of clinical application.

根管治療术(Root Canal Therapy，RCT)是临床口腔科疾病常见治疗方法，指口腔科医生采用专业根管治疗器械彻底清除感染的牙髓组织及毒性分泌产物，从而清理、消毒根管，给予严密充填，防止感染物及细菌的侵入，从而保存患牙。然而，由于受到多种因素的影响，根管治疗术后极易出现其他疾病，影响临床疗效[1]。近年来，随着影像学技术的发展，锥形术CT的发展，愈来愈广泛用于口腔临床中，尤其在钙化、遗漏根管检测中得到广泛应用。
