作业疗法配合平衡功能训练在学龄期脑瘫患儿中的应用效果探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究作業疗法配合平衡功能训练在学龄期脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。 方法 方便选取该院2015年3月—2017年3月间收治的90例学龄期脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45),对照组患者选用平衡训练方法干预,观察组患者在平衡训练的基础上增加作业疗法,观察两组治疗前后粗大运动功能、平衡能力与生活质量。结果 观察组、对照组粗大运动功能量表GMFM量表得分、BBS量表得分和PedsQL 4.0量表得分在治疗后均显著高于治疗前;治疗后,观察组患者GMFM量表得分(84.34±7.58)分显著高于对照组(76.34±7.41)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=5.06,P<0.05);观察组BBS量表得分(39.69±4.31)分高于对照组(35.26±3.27)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=5.49,P<0.05);观察组PedsQL 4.0量表得分(54.27±4.47)分显著高于对照组(44.12±4.25)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=11.04,P<0.05)。 结论 作业疗法配合平衡训练可有效提高学龄期脑瘫患儿粗大运动能力与平衡力,改善患儿生活质量,值得临床推广。

    Application of Occupational Therapy Combined with Balance Function Training in School-Age Children with Cerebral Palsy

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of occupational therapy combined with balance function training in children with cerebral palsy at school age. Methods Convenient ninety school-age children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). Patients in control group were intervened by balanced training method. Patients in observation group were given occupational therapy on the basis of balanced training. The gross motor function, balanced ability and quality of life of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of GMFM, BBS and PEDS QL 4.0 in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment. After treatment, the score of GMFM in the observation group (84.34±7.58)points was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.34±7.41)points, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=5.06, P<0.05). The score of BBS in the observation group (39.69±4.31)points was higher than that in the control group (35.26±3.27)points, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=5.49, P<0.05). The score of the PedsQL 4.0 scale in the observation group (54.27±4.47)points was significantly higher than that in the control group (44.12±4.25)points, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=11.04, P<0.05).
